EARTHQUAKE NEWS:
Twenty months on and Christchurch is slowly showing signs that life and business is starting to resume albeit in a different way to that pre-quake.
Obviously we have a long way to go, but the symbolic re-opening of part of the central business district centered around the iconic Ballantynes on 29 October 2011 with prominent Christchurch retailers, provides tangible evidence that not only have we survived unbelievable devastation but that Christchurch can again be a vibrant city.

UPCOMING EVENTS:
Firsty Thursday – is no more,  we’ve decided to trial having our regular monthly after-work social event on a Tuesday night.

Our next afterwork social will be Tuesday 5:30pm, May 1, 2012 at HoneyPot Cafe, 458 Colombo Street, Sydenham, Christchurch.

A warm welcome goes to all to come along and join GBA members and friends of GBA for a fun social gathering at HoneyPot’s exciting new premises.
